Through Aye Mami Women, Carmen Raygoza Is Building a Stronger Community

My name is Carmen Raygoza, and I am an entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, influencer, and a proud veteran of both the United States Army and the United States Air Force. My work is centered around empowering women, supporting small businesses, and advocating for individuals and families who are working to build better lives for themselves and their communities.

I am the founder of Aye Mami Women, an organization dedicated to empowering women through networking, mentorship, and support for women owned businesses. Through Aye Mami Women, I organize networking mixers, community events, and initiatives that bring women together to share resources, build relationships, and grow both personally and professionally. My mission with this organization is to create spaces where women feel supported, inspired, and equipped to pursue their goals.

Another important part of my work is supporting victims of abuse, including both women and men. I believe healing happens in community, and I am passionate about creating safe spaces where people can share their stories, find encouragement, and rebuild their confidence after difficult experiences.

As a descendant of immigrants, advocacy for hardworking families is very personal to me. I understand the sacrifices many families make in order to create opportunities for the next generation, and I am passionate about helping people who contribute to their communities find the support and opportunities they deserve.

In addition to my nonprofit work, I am also an entrepreneur in the beauty industry. I help individuals and small businesses grow by offering personalized marketing strategies and creative promotion that helps them stand out and connect with their audience. Supporting small businesses is something I care deeply about because they are the backbone of many communities.

Through my work in business, nonprofit leadership, and public platforms, my goal is to continue empowering others, building stronger communities, and encouraging people to pursue their purpose with confidence.
