Mysti Dailey: The Woman Behind Trinity Development Center and The Rosé Empire
A Dailey Journey to Bosshood

The Story of Mysti Dailey-Harris
From Trinity to The Rosé: How Mysti Dailey Built a Movement of Empowerment in Fresno"
Mysti Dailey’s journey is one built on faith, resilience, and purpose. Born and raised in Fresno, California, Mysti was considered a miracle child by her parents, Gill and Estelle Dailey. Raised in a God-fearing household that valued hard work and service to others, she grew up believing she had a purpose bigger than herself.
That purpose became clearer through her family. Mysti’s older brother Eugene lived with developmental disabilities after suffering a severe reaction to medication as a baby. Watching her parents care for him — and later open Dailey’s Home Care in 1987 to support others with disabilities — planted the seed for what would eventually become Mysti’s life’s work. Mysti graduated from Roosevelt High School at just 16 and later attended UC Davis, but life soon led her toward motherhood, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
In 2005, Central Valley Regional Center approached Mysti with an opportunity to open a specialized residential home for adults with intellectual disabilities. That moment sparked a vision that would later grow into something much larger. In 2010, Mysti founded Trinity Development Center, an adult day program dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain life skills, independence, and community connection. Over the years Trinity has grown into a pillar in Fresno, serving families while creating opportunities for individuals who are often overlooked.
But Mysti’s vision didn’t stop there.
Understanding that inclusion and opportunity must exist beyond traditional programs, Mysti expanded her mission into entrepreneurship. Alongside her husband Adrian “Vibes” Harris, she co-founded The Rosé, a vibrant downtown Fresno venue known for bringing culture, entertainment, and community together. The Rosé has also created unique employment opportunities for Trinity clients, allowing individuals with disabilities to gain real-world experience and confidence. Through their work in business and community leadership, Mysti and Adrian saw another need — to highlight the powerful women in Fresno who are shaping the culture, overcoming obstacles, and creating change.
That vision led them to launch The Top 20 Fresno, a platform and annual event dedicated to celebrating women who are making an impact in business, community leadership, culture, and entrepreneurship. The event honors women who have risen through adversity and continue to inspire others through their strength and accomplishments.
Today Mysti Dailey stands as a business owner, community leader, mother, and visionary, continuing the legacy of service her parents began decades ago. Her mission remains clear: To create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered — whether through Trinity Development Center, The Rosé, or The Top 20 Fresno. Through faith, perseverance, and a relentless commitment to community, Mysti Dailey continues to build a legacy that uplifts others and strengthens the city she calls home.
